Аннотация

По данным литературного обзора выявлено, что после наступления менопаузы у 70% женщин развиваются сердечно-сосудистые заболевания, а у 30% - остеопороз. У женщин с менопаузальной симптоматикой проявляются неблагоприятные изменения с повышенным риском к ССЗ. Однако остается неясным, может ли наличие менопаузальных симптомов действительно предсказывать клинические события ССЗ или в первую очередь объясняется ассоциированными факторами риска кардиоваскулярных событий. На сегодняшний день консенсус по этому вопросу достигнут не был. Существуют множество предложенных механизмов, которые объесняют влияние эндогенного эстрогена как защитника сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ). 

Следовательно, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания остаются основной причиной заболеваемости и смертности женщин во многих странах, среди лиц в постменопаузальном периоде, и вполне возможно, что с увеличением численности пожилых людей они будут оставаться основным фактором риска развития кардиоваскулярных заболеваний и смертности.
